Hey there, my name is Paul Garcia and for the last 15 years I've been working in a corporate job, and for the last 5 of those years, quite honestly, removing my appendix with a warm spoon has sounded more appealing than spending another year doing a job that not only leaves me feeling unfulfilled but also a little crispy around the edges!! 😖  Let me explain...

I did what was expected of me, I went to university, got an education and a job in a company with a well known logo, so I could buy a house, have one holiday a year and save enough money to retire on.  This is what we were promised, right?  This is the path to happiness!!

Well, turns out the reality is very different.  The corporate life demands a high price for those searching for the promised land.  It becomes an endurance test eventually resulting in emotional exhaustion caused by relentless workloads, toxic cultures, and the strain of navigating office politics. 😣😵

I was once asked by a senior manager to check on one of his staff, as he hadn't been seen for a week and no one could get hold of him! And when I say 'check', I mean hopping over his low garden wall and peering into his living room window for signs of life! 😮Sadly, that's a true story.  He was 'ok' but at the time we were made to feel that was 'normal'.  That was the pressure we all felt, so casualties were to be expected. 😞

But when I became an independent contractor, I realised this isn't normal but it is common.  And so I began my search for an alternative income before someone was jumping over my garden wall!

However, I was torn between the safety of corporate pay and the alluring but uncertain promise of side hustles but I needed to pay my mortgage!  A few online courses later and attempts at various business models eventually led me to a chance encounter with a young family who had broken free from their 9-5 trap and were actually making a living online!🙌

And they introduced me to a business model and community of people who had not only replaced their income but had far exceeded it!

This ultimately led me to working with Bryan Hodgson, who has shown me how to regain my time freedom and build an income that will not only help me pay the mortgage but will give me true financial independence!  And do it in a way that encourages personal development rather than burn out!💯
